Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager based in the United States.

The Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager will drive network growth by recruiting, developing, and scaling high-performing affiliate partnerships across multiple industries and traffic channels. This revenue-owning individual contributor role offers the opportunity to work with an established pipeline of advertiser demand and active affiliate opportunities. You will build relationships with direct media buyers and publishers, match partners with relevant offers, and turn performance insights into sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with account management and senior leadership, you will help expand the network, diversify traffic sources, and maximize the performance of its offer portfolio. The role combines business development, relationship management, commercial negotiation, and performance analysis in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment. It is suited to an experienced affiliate marketing professional who can take ownership from day one and deliver measurable results.

Accountabilities

  • Recruit direct media buyers and affiliate partners across Facebook, Google, native advertising, TikTok, programmatic, push, in-app, email, content, mass media, and search channels.

  • Build and manage a structured affiliate recruitment pipeline, covering partner sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and activation.

  • Expand the network into new traffic channels and partner types to diversify supply and increase offer placement opportunities.

  • Represent the network at relevant industry events and conferences, including Affiliate Summit, LeadsCon, and MAU.

  • Onboard new affiliates efficiently and connect them with suitable offers from the existing advertiser portfolio.

  • Develop affiliate revenue and profitability by identifying opportunities across new offers, verticals, traffic sources, and payout structures.

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact and internal advocate.

  • Monitor partner-level performance metrics, including earnings per click (EPC), conversion rate (CVR), volume, and margin, and identify opportunities to improve results through creative assets, placements, caps, and payouts.

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of affiliate revenue and deliver against defined monthly and quarterly growth targets.

  • Collaborate with account managers to align affiliate supply with advertiser demand and fill available capacity across the offer portfolio.

  • Communicate advertiser feedback on traffic quality and campaign performance to affiliates, adjusting activity and partner strategies when necessary.

  • Identify opportunities for scaling, increased caps, and additional offers, communicating these needs to account management proactively.

  • Evaluate affiliates before activation, assessing their traffic sources, promotional methods, and commercial viability.

  • Monitor performance against EPC and CVR benchmarks by traffic source, identify potential fraud or economically inconsistent activity, and take appropriate action.

  • Ensure affiliate activity complies with advertiser requirements, network policies, and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing, with most of that experience gained on the affiliate network side.

  • Required experience managing affiliates within an affiliate network; experience exclusively on the advertiser or agency side is not sufficient.

  • Demonstrated experience managing affiliate media buyers and assessing the economics and quality of different traffic sources.

  • Hands‑on experience with Everflow, including the ability to independently retrieve, interpret, and act on network performance reports.

  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and scaling affiliate partnerships while driving revenue growth.

  • Strong relationship‑building and sales capabilities, including prospecting, presenting offers, negotiating payouts, and closing partnerships.

  • Experience working across multiple offer models, including CPA, CPL, CPI, and CPE, and a broad range of industry verticals.

  • Ability to step into an active affiliate pipeline, identify immediate opportunities, and contribute to performance from the outset.

  • Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to interpret performance trends and identify potential fraud or economically inconsistent activity.

  • Confidence managing partner relationships independently and coordinating effectively with account management and senior stakeholders.

The Following Qualifications Are Considered An Advantage

  • Experience with mobile app offers, particularly CPI, CPA, and CPE campaigns.

  • Experience with lead generation offers in regulated industries.

  • An established network of relationships with direct media buyers and publishers.

  • Familiarity with additional affiliate tracking platforms such as TUNE, Impact, CJ, or similar tools.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience.

  • Full‑time employment.

  • Remote work arrangement in the United States.

  • Opportunity to work with an established advertiser pipeline and a broad portfolio of affiliate offers.

  • Direct exposure to network leadership, with opportunities to influence affiliate growth and commercial strategy.

  • Individual ownership of revenue targets and the opportunity to make an immediate business impact.

  • Exposure to multiple industries, including fintech, insurance, home services, mobile apps, gaming, and consumer markets.

  • Opportunities to expand professional relationships through industry conferences and events.
