Corporate Tools LLC is seeking an Affiliate & Influencer Relationship Specialist to turn inquiries into active partnerships. You will juggle conversations with affiliates, creators, influencers, and agencies while supporting outreach across our Affiliate, Influencer, and Advertising Agency teams.
You excel at making people feel heard, are outgoing, and can handle simple to complex conversations from inbox to partnership.
Corporate Tools is looking for someone who can turn a stranger's email into a partnership that actually goes somewhere. You'll juggle conversations with affiliates, creators, influencers, advertising agencies, and other potential partners while supporting incoming inquiries and outreach across our Affiliates, Influencer, and Advertising Agency teams. Some conversations might be simple questions; others could turn into something much bigger. You'll connect the dots, spot the potential, and take ownership of relationships with some of these partners.
You know how to make people feel heard without telling everyone what they want to hear. You're outgoing, approachable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone. You can handle the easy conversations, the tricky ones, and everything in between without letting things get awkward or disappear into inbox limbo. Clear communication, honest answers, and actually following through? That's your territory.
Experience managing a high volume of inbound inquiries is important, and a strong track record of handling those conversations well is a big plus. Familiarity with affiliate network platforms like AWIN or Everflow is a bonus. You'll also need to be comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out as you go. If you get a kick out of meeting new people, finding unexpected opportunities, and making connections that lead somewhere, this could be right up your alley.
Up to $90,000 / year
100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision Full coverage for employees — nothing comes out of your paycheck. Plus an annual review with a raise option.
Time off that grows with you 22 days PTO + 4 holidays to start. After 3 years it bumps to 29 days, and after 5 years you move to flexible time off — not accrued, not capped. Take time off when you want.
Parental leave & 401(k) match Paid parental leave, plus up to 6% company 401(k) matching with no vesting period — it’s yours from day one.
Quarterly allowance Spend it on whatever makes work better: a comfier remote setup, continuing-education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for a coworker, a massage for yourself… really, whatever.
No dumb perks (and a trail mix bar) No weekend dog-walking gimmicks that look cool but cost nothing because nobody uses them. We spend on benefits you’ll actually use — an open-concept office, friendly coworkers, a creative environment, and yeah… a trail mix bar.
Respond to inbound inquiries from affiliates, influencers, and potential partners, and communicate with existing partners about promotions and optimization opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and creators through research, referrals, and ongoing outreach.
Support identifying, vetting, and onboarding new affiliates, influencers, and creators across platforms.
Support negotiations and contract terms for affiliate and influencer deals, escalating complex terms to the Affiliate Manager or Influencer Lead as needed.
Maintain accurate partner records, including contract terms, performance history, and compliance documentation, and help ensure influencer content meets legal and brand requirements.
Deliver regular affiliate and influencer performance reports to shareholders across departments.
Stay current on affiliate and influencer marketing trends, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
2+ years communicating with third party business partners.
Significant experience managing an influencer program, assisting in the administration of an affiliate marketing program, and/or conducting similar partner relationship management activities.
Experience negotiating high dollar contracts.
Good writer with a proven track record reporting results to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently or in team settings.
A single conversation can turn into a partnership that reaches thousands of people. Pretty cool for something that started in an inbox, right? You'll get to explore opportunities, connect the dots between people and brands, and help turn promising ideas into something bigger. If you like the idea of being part relationship-builder, part opportunity-spotter, and part “wait, we could actually do something with this,” this role has your name all over it.
