SpeedlineHub is seeking an Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize affiliate programs across SEO, PPC, social, and influencer channels. You will attract partners, negotiate traffic deals, and monitor ROI and FTD quality while collaborating with Analytics, Product, and SEO teams.

Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years in iGaming affiliate management, strong communication, and proven ability to manage diverse GEOs and compensation models. Remote-friendly, with industry event opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming.
• Experience working with CIS GEOs and affiliates across SEO, PPC, Facebook, in-app, and influencer channels.
• Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee, and Listing Fee models.
• Experience tracking ROI, EPC, CR, LTV, retention, and FTD quality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products in online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, building strong positions in the CIS market while continuing global growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager.

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Manage and grow affiliate and webmaster partnerships across SEO, PPC, Facebook, in-app, and influencer channels.
• Attract new partners and negotiate traffic deals.
• Monitor traffic quality and profitability (ROI, LTV, FTDs).
• Work with Analytics, Product, and SEO teams.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.

Your qualifications:
