Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking an Influencer Acquisition Manager to grow partnerships with bloggers, streamers, and content creators across Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok. You will build a partner database, negotiate terms, and manage paid placements while scaling traffic campaigns.

You will analyze performance metrics like CPA, ROI, and conversion rates, ensure moderation compliance, and collaborate with media buying, affiliates, and analytics teams to optimize influencer-driven traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing with Telegram, Instagram and TikTok (CIS market).
• Understanding of the gambling industry and compliance basics.
• Hands-on tracking systems and link management experience.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing verified influencer contacts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products in online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, building strong positions in the CIS market while continuing global growth and expansion.We are currently looking for an Influencer Acquisition Manager

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Search for and acquire bloggers, streamers, and content creators in target GEOs; build and expand a database of influencers, agencies, and potential partners.
• Organize influencer seeding campaigns and paid placements, and negotiate placement fees and commercial terms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize influencer traffic acquisition campaigns.
• Test new influencers, platforms, and traffic acquisition channels.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics, including FTD, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI; prepare regular reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure placements comply with company requirements.
• Collaborate with Media Buying, Affiliates, and Analytics teams to scale effective traffic sources.

Your qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, working with Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok (СIS market).
• In-depth understanding of the gambling industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with tracking systems and link management, as well as a good understanding of social media moderation policies and ways to navigate moderation challenges.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to protect the company’s interests.
• An established database of verified contacts and active relationships with Telegram and Instagram influencers will be a strong advantage.
