Job summary

HireHi ищет лидера по аффилиат-маркетингу для разработки и реализации глобальной стратегии партнерских программ. Ваша задача — масштабировать аффилиат-канал и формировать партнерские отношения по CPA, RevShare и Hybrid моделям в Tier-1–Tier-3 рынках.

Кандидат должен владеть стратегическим мышлением, демонстрировать сильные аналитические навыки и опыт руководства командой. Работа предполагает ориентацию на рост выручки и развитие партнерской сети в рамках международной деятельности HireHi.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в iGaming affiliate marketing.
• Опыт масштабирования аффилиат-программ.
• Опыт ведения CPA, RevShare и Hybrid моделей.
• Умение работать с несколькими GEO (Tier-1–Tier-3).
• Понимание источников трафика аффилиатов и экосистемы iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и ведение глобальной стратегии афилиатов, согласованной с целями по выручке компании.
• Масштабирование аффилиат-канала в Tier-1–Tier-3 рынках.
• Поиск GEO возможностей и моделей партнерства.
• Разработка go-to-market стратегий запуска брендов через аффилиаты.
• Привлечение и onboarding высокоценных партнёров и сетей.
• Переговоры по CPA, RevShare и Hybrid моделям.
• Выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с ключевыми партнёрами.

Задачи:

• Develop and own the global affiliate strategy aligned with company revenue goals
• Scale the affiliate channel across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets
• Identify new GEO opportunities and partnership models
• Develop go-to-market strategies for launching new brands through affiliates
• Attract and onboard high-value affiliate partners and networks
• Negotiate commercial deals across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliate partners
• Own affiliate P&L, revenue targets, forecasting, and budget allocation
• Analyze LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback period, traffic quality, and profitability
• Optimize commission models and commercial terms
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing affiliate team
• Define KPIs, reporting systems, processes, and workflows
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing
• Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate programs
• Strong expertise in CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Experience working across multiple GEOs (Tier-1–3)
• Strong understanding of affiliate traffic sources and the iGaming affiliate ecosystem
• Experience owning P&L and revenue targets
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Proven team leadership and people management experience
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
