Qualifikationen

• 1+ год опыта в аффилиат-маркетинге.
• Опыт работы в аффилиат-командах онлайн букмекерских площадок/игр.
• Сильные коммуникативные навыки.
• Профессиональное владение английским.
• Знание локального рынка.
• Целеустремленность, инициативность и настойчивость.
• Опыт холодного поиска и привлечения партнеров.
• Будет плюсом: знание французского.

Aufgaben

• Поиск и привлечение новых аффилиат-партнеров.
• Ведение переговоров и заключение долгосрочных соглашений.
• Онбординг партнеров в программу аффилиатов.
• Предоставление поддержки партнёрам и решение операционных вопросов.
• Поддержание и обновление базы данных партнеров.
• Анализировать показатели эффективности и готовить отчёты.
• Регулярное общение с активными партнёрами и решение конфликтов.
• Мотивировать и развивать взаимоотношения с партнёрами для достижения результатов.

We’re looking for a driven, independent professional who takes ownership and knows how to build affiliate relationships from scratch. If this sounds like you - we’d love to hear from you!

Search for and attract new affiliate partners Negotiate terms and establish long-term partnerships Onboard clients to the affiliate program Provide ongoing support to affiliates and help resolve any operational issues Maintain and update the affiliate partner database Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports Communicate regularly with active partners and resolve potential conflicts Motivate and develop affiliate relationships to drive results

Требования

1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing Previous work experience in affiliate teams of online sportsbooks, gaming or multi-format affiliate programs Strong communication skills Professional proficiency in English Knowledge of the local market Goal-oriented mindset, initiative and proactivity Problem-solving and persistence Experience in cold outreach and partner acquisition in a competitive market Будет плюсом: French will be considered an advantage
