Job summary

Jobot is seeking an entrepreneurial Affiliate Manager to own and scale the company’s affiliate program in Dallas. You will recruit, activate, and manage partner relationships, optimize performance, and drive incremental revenue across channels within a fast-growing health and wellness brand.

You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Brand, Creative, and Finance teams to align affiliate activities with broader company goals and ensure compliance with advertising and disclosure

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of growing an affiliate or partnership program and driving revenue.
  • Experience recruiting and managing affiliate, creator, influencer, or publisher relationships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate economics, commissions, attribution, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms/networks and tracking technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and priorities.

Responsibilities

Job Details

Position Overview

The Affiliate Manager will own the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of the company's affiliate marketing program. This person will be responsible for recruiting and activating new affiliate partners, developing relationships with creators and publishers, optimizing affiliate performance, and driving incremental revenue through the channel.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, performance marketing, and e-commerce and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented health and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day management and growth of the company's affiliate marketing program.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase affiliate revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, and overall program profitability.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, content partners, and strategic partners.
  • Build strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and develop programs to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Identify new opportunities across content creators, social influencers, coupon/deal sites, publishers, loyalty platforms, and other affiliate partners.
  • Manage affiliate commissions, incentives, promotions, and partner-specific offers.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROAS.
  • Monitor affiliate KPIs, including revenue, clicks, conversion, commission expense, new customer acquisition, and profitability.
  • Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Brand, Creative, and Finance teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Develop creative briefs, promotional calendars, and marketing assets to support affiliate partners.
  • Test new affiliate strategies, offers, landing pages, and partner incentives to drive incremental growth.
  • Ensure affiliate partners are aligned with brand guidelines and applicable advertising/disclosure requirements.
  • Monitor competitive affiliate programs and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reporting and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of growing an affiliate or partnership program and driving measurable revenue.
  • Experience recruiting and managing affiliate, creator, influencer, or publisher relationships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate economics, commissions, attribution, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms/networks and tracking technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partners, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership.
  • Experience in health & wellness, CPG, beauty, nutrition, fitness, or another consumer-focused category is highly preferred.
