Third is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate program development and optimization for a key enterprise brand. You will lead recruitment, activation, and ongoing performance improvements across TikTok, Whatnot, Meta, and other platforms, driving measurable GMV growth.

Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Strategy, you’ll shape the ecosystem, manage creator communications, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships.
• Experience managing social affiliate programs directly.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop affiliates and incentives.
• Hands-on experience with Cruva or similar creator outreach tools.
• Analytical mindset to turn performance data into strategic action.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
