Job summary

Stash in New York City is seeking a Senior Affiliate & Influencer Manager to own affiliate and influencer programs focused on efficient customer acquisition. You will recruit, activate, and manage partner relationships, and develop a testing roadmap across offers and creator formats.

Collaborate with Growth, Paid Social, Legal, and Brand to optimize partner economics, track performance, and scale successful creators. Hybrid NYC role with comprehensive total rewards and equity.

Qualifications

• Experience growing affiliate and influencer programs tied to performance metrics.
• Strong relationship management skills to recruit, activate, and manage many partners.
• Ability to tightly manage dozens of partners and projects concurrently.
• Comfort owning partner economics, payouts and tracking.
• Strong data-driven decision making for scale and optimization.
• Experience operating with AI tools or automation is a plus.
• Excellent written communication across Growth, Creative, Legal, and Brand.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate and influencer/creator relations and strategy for new customer acquisition.
• Recruit, activate, and manage relationships across affiliates and performance creators.
• Build and test roadmaps across partners, offers, tracking, and formats.
• Own offer structures, payouts, tracking, and partner-level performance.
• Monitor quality, fraud, and brand risk; optimize for durable customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Growth, Paid Social, and Creative on briefs and destinations.
• Report partnership performance to Acquisition and Marketing teams.
