Connexity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager of Creator Acquisition to lead growth of high-performing creators on ShopYourLikes. You’ll build a pipeline, recruit commerce-driven creators, and develop compelling offers to win partnerships across the creator economy.

This is a hybrid role with in-office days in Santa Monica or New York, requiring 8+ years in creator/affiliate marketing. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive measurable creator earnings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Proven sales and business development instincts with experience closing partnerships.
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators.
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value creators with sourcing, outreach and conversion tracking.
• Recruit creators and develop compelling offers to win their partnership.
• Scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine with strategy, infrastructure and team development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive outcomes.
