Magnify Global, a Los Angeles brand-growth house, seeks an Affiliate & Community Coordinator to own day-to-day affiliate, creator, and ambassador programs across multiple brands. You will recruit and onboard creators, set commission mechanics, manage seeding logistics, track performance, and route standout content into ads and organic channels.

The ideal candidate is organized, speaks clearly with creators, and can scale a program across brands while maintaining an on-brand, human touch.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, influencer, social media, or a coordination-heavy role.
• Relentlessly organized; trackers stay current and you notice what's missing before it becomes a problem.
• A clear, fast, human writer — your creator emails and DMs read like a person, not a template.
• Comfortable juggling more than one brand at a time without mixing up briefs, codes, or voices.
• Experience managing inbound inquiry queues and knowing how to triage, qualify, and route.
• Comfortable with numbers: you can pull performance, spot the pattern, and say what we should do about it.
• Bonus (not required): hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliates, TikTok LIVE, Amazon Influencer, ShopMy, LTK, or running an affiliate or ambassador program.

Mansioni

• Own the Magnify affiliate and creator programs for each brand: onboarding, storefronts, links, codes, commissions, and product info.
• Recruit new affiliates and creators, moving them from interested to posting quickly.
• Set and evolve engagement mechanics: commissions, tiers, bonuses, samples, and incentives.
• Track performance across platforms and brands and report insights to drive action.
• Elevate top performers into bigger partnerships, paid usage, or ambassador status.
• Coordinate with external creator/live-commerce agencies for big events while keeping core program in-house.
• Own the Magnify creator and ambassador community end to end: welcome new members, answer questions, keep people active.
• Create a rhythm of touchpoints – challenges, prompts, product drops, shout-outs, early access, live events.
• Be the friendly, on-brand human contact; ensure creators feel they have a person at Magnify.
• Celebrate top members publicly and surface standout creators to brands and studio team.
• Run product seeding and gifting from our warehouse: inventory, shipments, and clear records of who got what.
• Keep briefs, assets, links, and guidelines organized by brand; tie seeding to outcomes: posts, GMV, and reusable content.
• Sort usage rights and whitelisting upfront so top creator content can go into TikTok Shop ads and brand channels.
