Job summary

SOSi is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the AFCAP VI program worldwide. This role oversees cross-functional teams and coordinates with government customers and SOSi leadership to ensure program success.

Responsibilities include developing program plans, tracking performance, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory, security, and quality compliance across CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of program management experience within the last 7 years.
• Experience with government appropriations and AF mission support functions.
• Experience managing multiple task orders valued above $2M each across dispersed locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for multiple government task orders across dispersed locations.
• Serve as primary program interface with government customers and SOSi leadership.
• Lead program execution across Engineering, Force Support, Construction, Services, and Commodities.
• Develop and execute program plans, performance metrics, and risk-management strategies.
• Oversee program financial performance, staffing, schedules, and deliverables.
