Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking an Analyst, AFC Compliance to support growth of its institutional and enterprise businesses. You will advise on complex legal matters across B2B, B2B2B and B2B2C partnerships, collaborating with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Risk and other stakeholders.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, assess regulatory implications for new products, and monitor developments in European and international financial services regulation to guide compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law or equivalent experience in regulated environments.
• Experience reviewing and drafting commercial agreements such as MoUs and confidentiality clauses.
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency in German.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal and regulatory advice across strategic B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partnerships.
• Support enterprise due diligence processes, questionnaires, regulatory queries and risk assessments.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, APIs, licensing, and related arrangements.
• Assess regulatory implications for new products with Product, Compliance, Risk and Engineering teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to governance frameworks for Bitpanda Enterprise.
