Bitpanda is seeking an Analyst, AFC Compliance to support growth of its institutional and enterprise businesses. You will advise on complex legal matters across B2B, B2B2B and B2B2C partnerships, collaborating with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Risk and other stakeholders.
You will draft and negotiate contracts, assess regulatory implications for new products, and monitor developments in European and international financial services regulation to guide compliant, scalable solutions.

As a Analyst, AFC Compliance at Bitpanda, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Bitpanda's institutional and enterprise business. Working at the intersection of law, regulation, product innovation and commercial strategy, you will advise on complex legal and regulatory matters relating to our B2B, B2B2B and B2B2C partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.
You will partner closely with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Risk and senior stakeholders to structure new partnerships, assess legal and regulatory risks, support enterprise due diligence processes, negotiate commercial agreements, and help bring innovative products to market.
