Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Securities & Commodities to own end-to-end strategy and execution for core traditional financial offerings, from equity trading to Real-World Assets (RWAs). You will translate complex capital markets infrastructure into simple, transparent trading experiences for millions of European retail investors.

You will lead cross-functional teams, connect front-end interfaces with back-end systems, and ensure alignment with regulatory and market

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience building retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms, ideally in a regulated fintech/banking context.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, order execution, clearing and settlement, and related taxation.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial and regulatory topics into actionable product direction.

Responsibilities

• Take full product ownership of end-to-end flows within the securities and commodities domain, including equity trading, margin trading, and Real-World Assets (RWAs).
• Define detailed specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines, serving as the core product lead across cross-functional teams.
• Connect front-end investing interfaces with back-end technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure, aligning execution with business strategy.
• Translate regulatory, market, and clearing topics into intuitive, trusted retail user experiences.
• Drive high shipping velocity, task completion, and on-time feature delivery with Engineering and Business Operations.
• Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to optimize product performance and user engagement.
