Job summary

Mend Wellness, Aesthetics & Longevity in Pembroke Pines, Florida, is seeking an organized Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice. This on-site role manages inquiries, scheduling, check-in, checkout and follow-up, supporting consultations and patient rebooking to drive retention and growth.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and thrives in a busy aesthetics/medical office environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach to patient service.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage scheduling, patient inquiries, check-in, checkout and follow-up in a busy practice.
• Comfort discussing services, pricing, memberships and packages using practice-approved information.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn scheduling software, electronic medical records and CRM systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients.
