Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Atlanta, GA area. This field-based role involves presenting our product portfolio to medical spa clients, identifying customer needs, and promoting strategies to grow sales across the territory.

You will travel daily within the territory, with occasional overnight travel for trainings and events, and you will collaborate with regional and internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales partners and internal teams to meet quotas.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and understand their business objectives.
