Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Professional Aesthetics Associate to accelerate your sales career and advance to your own territory as the company grows. You will collaborate with sales training, regional leadership, and senior management to cultivate strong customer relationships and drive revenue across a broad geography.

Frequent travel and relocation for future expansion are anticipated. Reporting to the Director of Sales Training, this Pacific Northwest territory role targets growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of sales experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years in pharmaceutical, device, or healthcare sales.
• Dermatology/medical aesthetics experience preferred.
• Launch experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 75-90%.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed quarterly sales objectives and developmental objectives.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers.
• Provide and filter key market insights back to sales and marketing management.
• Work effectively with teammates.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Perform sales calls with customers and potential customers as assigned.
• Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files.
• Positively represent Revance throughout customer locations.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetings.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to travel 75-90%.
