Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a Treatment Consultant in Chandler to drive patient consultations and sales of aesthetic services. You will build trust, present tailored plans, and guide clients through the full treatment journey with expert knowledge.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, and collaboration with providers to maximize patient satisfaction and spa growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous sales experience in a service or retail setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client relationships effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate consultations with new and existing clients to present services.
• Create customized treatment plans and educate clients on offerings.
• Close sales by explaining services, addressing objections, and processing contracts.
• Partner with spa providers to ensure client treatment plans and future visits.
• Promote the brand locally and identify opportunities to drive spa traffic.
• Upsell services and products based on client histories and needs.
• Maintain an accurate CRM with all client interactions.
• Support front desk and operations as needed, including paperwork and scheduling.
• Complete the full sales cycle from sign-up to follow-up for satisfaction.
