Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa is a premier medical spa offering high-performance injectables, lasers, and aesthetics. We seek a Treatment Consultant to consult and sell our services, proactively outreach to clients, and drive results through an entrepreneurial spirit.

The role features a pay-competitive base plus an industry-leading commission program, plus a broad benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Previous med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with a team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales by scheduling consultations with clients and leads.
• Provide service overview and create custom treatment plans.
• Close sales by explaining capabilities and financing options.
• Ensure each client has a treatment plan with providers.
• Act as brand ambassador to drive spa traffic in the local community.
• Grow revenue by upselling complementary services and products.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions.
• Assist front desk with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete full sales process including memberships and post-sale follow-up.
