TOSKANIMED US is seeking an Ambitious Aesthetic Territory Sales Representative to cover San Jose and the South Bay. You’ll engage med spas, dermatology clinics, and cosmetic practices, presenting our aesthetic solutions and building a robust pipeline.

Open to candidates with medical aesthetics or med spa backgrounds who want to move into a field-based, hunter sales role with the autonomy to grow a territory. Training and portfolio support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spas, dermatology, or related environments is valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.

• Visit med spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, and aesthetic clinics
• Build relationships with owners, physicians, injectors, aestheticians, and key decision-makers
• Present TOSKANIMED products, protocols, and solutions
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Develop existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities
• Consistently follow up and convert opportunities into business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives

Ready to take your medical aesthetics career beyond the treatment room?

TOSKANIMED is growing in California, and we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Aesthetic Territory Sales Representative to develop the San Jose and South Bay market.

This opportunity is ideal for a Medical Aesthetician, Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician, Aesthetic Coordinator, or Med Spa professional who knows the industry and is ready to take the next step into a commercial career.

You already understand aesthetic treatments, products, providers, and how a successful practice operates. We will provide the training, tools, and portfolio to help you turn that experience into a successful career in aesthetic sales.

This is a field-based, HUNTER role.

You will be expected to be out in the territory, identifying opportunities, visiting practices, opening doors, building relationships, and developing new accounts.

What you'll do:

• Prospect and open new accounts across San Jose, Silicon Valley, and the South Bay area


• Visit med spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, and aesthetic clinics


• Build relationships with owners, physicians, injectors, aestheticians, and key decision-makers

Who we're looking for:

Someone who is entrepreneurial, energetic, persistent, and comfortable creating their own opportunities.

You should be the kind of person who would rather walk into 10 new practices and introduce yourself than wait for 10 leads to arrive in your inbox.

Experience within medical aesthetics, med spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related environment is highly valued.

Previous B2B sales experience is welcome, but it is not required.

What matters most is that you understand the aesthetics industry, know how to connect with people, and have the drive to hunt for new business and make things happen.
