Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in aesthetics across an assigned territory. You will build new business, manage key accounts, and promote a broad skincare portfolio to dermatology practices, med spas, and clinics.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000-$100,000 with uncapped commissions and Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000-$140,000. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales experience within the aesthetics industry required
• Experience selling into medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and MedSpas
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and other business development activities
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth
• Manage key accounts and grow an existing book of business
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive product adoption, sales growth, and account penetration within the territory
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and educational programs for clients
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM and track account activity
• Stay current on product portfolio, competitive landscape, industry trends, and market developments
• Communicate product benefits and the company value proposition
• Participate in company training programs, meetings, conferences, and industry events
