OVME is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and client services at our Chicago location. You will drive efficiency, maintain high standards, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support growth.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on excellent patient care and seamless workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in a client-service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Studio operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise Studio staff including aesthetic practitioners and front desk personnel.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical team for smooth operations.
• Lead staff meetings and ongoing training initiatives.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
