L&P Aesthetics in California is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Analytics Specialist to own and grow all social media accounts for our surgeons, Dr. David Lieberman and Dr. Sachin Parikh.

This role treats social media like a lab, driving high-quality surgical leads through testable, data-driven content. You'll report to the Marketing Director and collaborate to craft premium, patient-first content that showcases natural results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Instagram for a brand or creator.
• Structured test-and-learn mindset with clear learnings.
• Strong analytics using IG Insights, TikTok analytics, YouTube metrics.
• Hands-on video production and editing with CapCut or Premiere.
• Sharp copywriting, especially hooks and captions.
• Passion for social media and viral content.
• Background in statistics, research, or growth marketing.
• Experience with paid social or DM automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts, posts, and platforms to identify best practices and engagement strategies.
• Run structured testing programs using AI to optimize reels for leads.
• Use Trial Reels and A/B hooks to improve watch time, sends, and saves with non-followers.
• Track performance in a shared dashboard and develop a content playbook.
• Monitor ranking changes and adjust strategy based on evidence.
• Plan, film, and edit Reels, carousels, and Stories with surgeons to premium standards.
• Direct surgeons on camera; write hooks and scripts; optimize filming time.
• Build recurring series showcasing natural results and patient journeys.
• Write keyword-rich captions and on-screen text for discovery.
• Manage community engagement and lead routing to patient care.
• Plan collaborations with local partners and cross-promotion.
• Secure written patient consent and follow HIPAA and medical advertising rules.
