Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Hollywood, CA. The Social Media Manager & AI Content Producer will manage and grow the practice’s social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing content calendars, capturing and editing short-form video and photo content, and using AI tools to generate captions, scripts, and post concepts aligned with the brand’s voice. The role involves optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring analytics, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with clinical and marketing teams to highlight treatments, patient journeys, and educational content. The Social Media Manager & AI Content Producer will also stay current on aesthetic, beauty, and social media trends to proactively propose new content ideas and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing and growing professional brand accounts.
• Proficiency in content strategy and planning, including developing content calendars and coordinating campaigns that support business goals.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging captions, scripts, and educational content.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., generative text and image/video tools) to ideate, draft, and refine social content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and platform insights to track performance, optimize content, and report results.
• Hands‑on experience with short‑form video production and basic editing (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working in a clinical and aesthetic environment, with sensitivity to patient privacy and brand image.
• MUST work on‑site full‑time in West Hollywood, CA, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, luxury, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
