Qualifications

• 7+ years in social media, influencer marketing, digital content, or brand marketing.
• 3+ years of people-management experience with mid to large teams.
• Proven experience developing and executing social strategies for consumer brands.
• Deep understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Experience in multi-location social environments preferred.
• Strong creative judgment with analytical, performance-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social, SocialPilot, Hootsuite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape Mia’s organic social and influencer strategy across national and locations.
• Set vision, creative direction, and performance standards for social ecosystem.
• Build teams, define roles, workflows, and accountability.
• Oversee content planning, approvals, publishing, and analytics processes.
• Develop authentic partnerships with influencers, patients, and partners.
• Track KPIs, dashboards, and translate social data into actions.
• Collaborate with CRM, paid media, sales, and analytics teams to improve attribution.
• Ensure high-quality, platform-native content and scalable shoots.
