Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to join our team. The PCC will conduct in-person consultations, guide patients through the Sono Bello process, and help them choose procedures that align with their goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates high integrity and motivation to exceed KPIs. Must address objections effectively in face-to-face consults.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling—especially in aesthetics (cosmetic surgery, skincare) is valued.
• Ability to quickly build rapport, understand patient needs, and create urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, physicians, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide them toward the appropriate treatment plan with the surgical team.
• Educate patients on Sono Bello's approach, procedures, process expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate timely follow-up with the in-center clinical team and patient to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline with proactive follow-up.
• Serve as a leader within the center, keeping the team informed and focused on exceptional patient experience.
