Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to join our aesthetic team. You will meet with patients in-person, guide them through the Sono Bello process, and help tailor treatment plans that align with their goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a high-energy environment.
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling in aesthetics such as plastic/cosmetic surgery, skincare, or laser treatments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create urgency to drive action.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, physicians, and team members.
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and managing KPIs for financial results.
• Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work the last three business days of the month as per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide them toward the appropriate treatment plan with the surgical team.
• Educate patients on Sono Bello's approach, procedures, process expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate timely follow-up with clinical teams and patients for a seamless experience before and after procedures.
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline with proactive follow-up of prospective patients.
• Serve as a center leader, keeping the team informed, engaged, and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
