Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to meet with patients, guide them through our process, and help select procedures aligned with their goals. You will educate on available treatments, financing options, and coordinate follow-up with the center team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires a proven 3+ years sales track record in a fast-paced setting, consultative selling in aesthetics, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling in aesthetics is valued.
• Ability to build rapport and create urgency to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide treatment plans with the surgical team.
• Educate patients on procedures, process expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate timely follow-up with clinical team and patient for a seamless experience.
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline with proactive follow-up.
• Lead center initiatives to maintain exceptional patient experience.
