Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in our new California location. You will own one-on-one consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey, from first hello to long-term loyalty.

The role offers a base of $19/hr with uncapped commissions, full training, and a clear growth path. Expect weekends and evenings, full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers drive their own earnings.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results — yours and your patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Work with LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads and patient history for prepared consultations.
• Maintain a polished, patient-centered approach in every interaction.
