LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own the consultative process from first hello through long-term loyalty at our clinics nationwide. You will conduct one-on-one consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey, leveraging a robust CRM.

This role offers a base of $18/hr with uncapped commissions and a commission-first structure, plus full benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with base pay as the floor.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results, for you and your patients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience.
• Utilize LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads.
