Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Nashville to own consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first hello to long-term loyalty.

This full-time role offers a $20.00/hr base pay plus uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings in the $70k–$95k range. Comprehensive training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
• Base pay plus uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Utilize LaserAway CRM to manage leads and patient history for prepared consultations.
