Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in the United States. You will own one-on-one consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients from their first hello through long-term loyalty, driving revenue in a high-end environment.

The role is full-time with a $20/hr base plus uncapped commissions, and average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000. Training is provided; weekends and evenings are required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure—base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers drive earnings.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; partner with clinicians and Location Director.
• Deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
