Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator Sales Consultant for a brand new Paramus location. You will own a patient book, conduct consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients from first hello through long-term loyalty. A base plus uncapped commission drives earnings, with strong training provided.

Weekend availability is required as patient demand peaks then. Youll be the trusted advisor, leveraging CRM and marketing leads to build a loyal client base and hit revenue targets

Qualifications

• 2 years in luxury med spa or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring and injectable services; present financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
