Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to conduct in-person consultations, guide patients through the Sono Bello process, and help them choose procedures aligned with their goals.

The ideal candidate has a history of sales success in a fast-paced environment, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to address objections during face-to-face consults.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consultative selling within aesthetics (plastic/cosmetic surgery, skincare, hair restoration, or laser treatments).
• Ability to quickly build rapport, understand patient needs, and create urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with patients, physicians, and team members.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to exceed goals and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide them to an appropriate treatment plan.
• Educate patients on Sono Bello’s approach, procedures, process expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate timely follow-up with in-center clinical team and patients for a seamless experience.
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline with proactive follow-up.
