Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant with a passion for aesthetics to join our team. The PCC will conduct in-person consultations, guide patients through the Sono Bello process, and help them choose procedures that align with their goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, strong closing skills, and the ability to manage a strong patient pipeline while maintaining professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales success in a high-energy environment.
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling in aesthetics.
• Ability to build rapport, identify patient needs, and create urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team members.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to exceed goals and manage KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Meet with patients to understand goals and guide them toward the appropriate treatment plan with the surgical team.
• Educate patients on procedures, processes, and financing options.
• Coordinate timely follow-ups with clinical team and patients for a seamless experience.
