The ideal candidate has a proven sales record in a fast-paced environment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to address objections face-to-face in a consultative setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to understand goals and guide treatment plans with the surgical team.
• Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate follow-up with clinical team and patients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build and manage a patient pipeline with proactive outreach.
• Lead center team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
