Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to conduct in-person consultations, guide patients through Sono Bello processes, and help them choose procedures that align with their goals. The role requires a proven sales track record, and success in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to earn significant bonuses based on KPI achievement.

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with uncapped bonuses, and total compensation can reach $160,000 to $250,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling in aesthetics is highly valued.
• Ability to build rapport and create urgency to drive action.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and team members.
• Self-motivated, accountable and focused on achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide toward the right treatment plan.
• Educate patients on Sono Bello procedures, process expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate follow-up with clinical team and patients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline with proactive follow-up.
• Serve as a leader within the center to keep the team focused on exceptional patient experience.
