Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to conduct in-person consultations and guide patients through the Sono Bello process. You will help patients select procedures aligned with their goals, educate them on financing, and coordinate follow-up with the clinical team for a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate has a track record of sales success in a fast-paced environment, thrives in aesthetics, and can build rapport quickly to drive action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery consultative selling.
• Ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with physicians and team.
• Self-motivated and able to exceed KPIs.
• Excellent organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide them toward appropriate treatment plan.
• Educate patients on procedures, process expectations, and financing options.
• Coordinate timely follow-up with clinical team and patients.
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline.
• Serve as a leader within the center and ensure exceptional patient experience.
