Job summary

Cartessa Aesthetics is seeking an Area Practice Consultant in San Francisco to drive growth in medical aesthetics through proactive prospecting and field engagement. You will engage plastic surgeons, dermatology and MedSpa clients, conduct informative meetings, and manage relationships with care teams to move opportunities through the funnel.

The role requires 1–2 years in outside sales or B2B, a hunter mindset, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of outside sales or B2B experience.
• Willing to travel and create new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Make daily cold calls into plastic surgeon, Dermatology and Medspa accounts to uncover and qualify leads.
• Schedule and hold in-person informational meetings to present Cartessa devices.
• Assist in transporting demo equipment when needed.
• Update and manage sales funnel in CRM.
• Report competitive activity to the Region Manager and maintain records.
• Maintain company property and inventory in good condition.
• Communicate with the sales team about pipeline and opportunities.
