Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring an Aesthetic Sales Assistant Manager to lead the front desk team, achieve sales goals, and uphold guest service excellence. You will collaborate with the Center Manager to drive center success and enhance guest experiences in a fast-paced beauty setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining standards while supporting inventory and procedures to ensure smooth operations and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–4 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with POS and electronic booking systems preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Flexible 40-hour work week including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk Guest Service Associate team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Support in inventory analysis and center procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Assist in training and developing a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager and company leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall center business success.
