Qualifications

• Background in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and optimize workflow.
• Design and implement strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
• Manage scheduling to maximize patient satisfaction and staff efficiency.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Own practice-level marketing efforts including social media and local outreach.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance conversations with HR support.
