Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP) is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator in Ocala, FL, to welcome patients and drive positive experiences. You will educate clients on procedures, schedule consultations, and support sales of treatments and products.

This role requires medical front-desk experience, excellent communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work weekends. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while building effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Understand the goals of the practice and independently develop and execute plans of action to achieve those goals.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Actively support and align with the vision and goals of the practice.
• Operate a POS system to review client information, schedule, and adhere to clinical standards.
