Sev Skin in Washington seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments. You will educate clients on plans, expected results, and pre- and post-care, while documenting everything accurately.

Join a fast-paced, performance-driven studio and collaborate with reception and leadership. Open availability and weekend shifts are required, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Formación

• An active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington that meets applicable state requirements.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct personalized client consultations.
• Perform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Accurately document consultations and treatments.
• Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend personalized service packages and memberships.
• Build client trust through education and exceptional care.
• Support goals related to rebooking, treatment-plan completion, and client retention.
• Create a warm, welcoming, high-energy experience during every visit.
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Partner with reception and leadership to keep days running smoothly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms.
• Participate in training, promotions, and studio initiatives.
• Communicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns promptly.
