Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized client consultations.
• Perform laser hair removal and other aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, results, and care.
• Document consultations and treatments accurately.
• Follow safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
• Create a warm, high-energy client experience.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to keep daily operations smooth.
• Support rebooking, treatment-plan completion, and client retention.
