Job summary

Sev Skin is growing nationwide and seeks talented Providers to deliver laser hair removal and advanced skincare. You’ll build lasting relationships and help clients look and feel their best while earning tips and commissions. Shifts may be up to 10 hours with on-call up to 29 hours weekly, including weekends.

Active CA RN license required. Prior aesthetics or consultative sales experience is a plus. Benefits include 401(k), paid sick leave, employee discounts, and professional development

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Open to coaching and continued learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized client consultations.
• Perform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Accurately document consultations and treatments.
• Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
