Zusammenfassung

Sev Skin is expanding nationwide and seeking qualified Providers to deliver laser hair removal and advanced skincare treatments. You will build lasting client relationships, educate on treatment plans, and document care accurately in a fast-growing aesthetics brand.

As a Provider, you’ll earn base hourly pay plus tips and commissions, with part-time shifts up to 29 hours per week. Weekend availability is required, and a supportive team environment encourages coaching and professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in California.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and proposing personalized treatment plans.
• Willingness to coaching and continuous learning.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct personalized client consultations and determine treatment plans.
• Perform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients on treatments and aftercare.
• Accurately document consultations and treatments.
• Maintain clinical safety and infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support client retention through education and relationship-building.
