Job summary

Sev Skin in Washington seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments. You will educate clients on plans, expected results, and pre- and post-care, while documenting everything accurately.

Join a fast-paced, performance-driven studio and collaborate with reception and leadership. Open availability and weekend shifts are required, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• An active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington that meets applicable state requirements.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Support Your Studio

• Partner with reception, studio leadership, and clinical leadership to keep each day running smoothly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms.
• Participate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives.
• Communicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns promptly.

What You Bring

Schedule and Availability

• Shifts may be up to 10 hours.
• Full-time Providers may work up to 40 hours per week.
• Must have open availability (Can be scheduled any day of the week)
• Must be willing to cover our Southcenter studio as needed.
• Weekend availability is required, including at least two Saturdays per month.
• Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may be required based on studio hours and business needs.
