Job summary

Sev Skin in San Rafael, CA is seeking an RN-licensed Provider to deliver laser hair removal and advanced skincare. You will conduct personalized consultations, educate clients on treatment plans, and document results, while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Open to coaching and continued learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver laser hair removal and other aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct personalized client consultations.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, results, and pre/post-care.
• Document consultations and treatments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and adhere to safety standards.
• Support studio operations with coaching, promotions, and initiatives.
