Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Minnesota for a 1099 contractor role to grow aesthetics by delivering tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. You set your own schedule, choose your clients, and receive support including malpractice insurance and overhead coverage to maximize earnings.

We cover marketing and technology while you focus on helping clients look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Active MN APRN license required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in growing a portable aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering skincare techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients and grow your business.

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

Upcoming Trainings

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join. Our upcoming trainings in Minnesota are scheduled for :October 24th & 25thNovember 21st - November 22nd

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Minnesota
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
